Signage is a very broad term that covers very different areas of application. Vehicle Graphics: any type of information or advertising applied to your business vehicles, such as company logo, contact information, address, web address, list of services or products that you offer. Various types of materials are used, with vinyl being the most common. The advances in digital printing have anabled our clients to use full-colour graphics to use for so-called full body wraps. Also widely used are magnetic decals that can be be easily removed and re-applied effortlessly. Store Signage: If you have a storefront, you need signage to attract customers. Plexi, wood, metal, neon -- you name it -- we can design, produce and install an attractive sign for your store, office or other corporate building. Wayfinding Systems: In architecture wayfinding refers to the user experience of orientation and choosing a path within the built environment, and also refers to the set of architectural and/or design elements that aids orientation. Researcher Kevin Lynch coined the term in his 1960 book "Image of the City". In 1984 environmental psychologist Romedi Passini published the full-length "Wayfinding in Architecture" and expanded the concept to include signage and other graphic communication, clues inherent in the building's spatial grammar, logical space planning, audible communication, tactile elements, and provision for special-needs users. |
